Session #3: Break Out Coverage

Defensive Zone Coverage: Color Coded Break Out Here is where we start to introduce Coaching 101 with the kids. We will introduce a color system to help them communicate and/or have the coach call out the color for the kids to initiate. This will take time to learn, develop and execute effectively for everyone on the team. You will see a marked improvement by the end of the year. Ideally, the only color that should be initiated by the players, will be blue.
